Tim Bowling is the author of the novel Downriver Drift and the poetry collections Low Water Slack, Dying Scarlet, The Thin Smoke of the Heart and Darkness and Silence. He has won numerous prizes for his work, including first place in the National Poetry Contest and the Petra Kenney International Poetry Prize. A native of the West Coast, he now lives in Edmonton.
