Eric McCormack

Eric McCormack was born in a small village in Scotland. He moved to Canada in 1966 and attended the University of Manitoba. Since 1970 he has taught English at St. Jerome's University, Waterloo, Ontario, specializing in 17th-century and contemporary literature. His previous book The First Blast of the Trumpet Against the Monstrous Regiment of Women was nominated for the Governor General's Award for Fiction. He lives in Kingston, Ontario.
